Epic Media Networks collects the least amount of information we need to do one thing: get back to you about tabletop advertising. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside the people who need it to answer your inquiry.
Who we are
Epic Media Networks ("Epic Media," "we," "us," or "our") operates epicmedianetworks.com. We are based in Phoenix, Arizona, and have provided custom tabletop advertising to independent restaurants and local businesses since 2008.
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information you give us
The only personal information we collect directly is what you type into one of our contact forms. Depending on which form you use, that may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your restaurant or business name
- Your city and state
- Your business type or approximate number of tables (optional)
- Anything you choose to write in the message field
Only your name and email address are required. Everything else is optional and helps us give you a more accurate answer.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, our system also records the IP address and browser information of the device used. We keep this only to identify and block automated spam submissions.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages get visited, how long people stay, and whether they arrived from a search engine, an ad, or a direct link. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects an anonymized version of your IP address. It does not tell us who you are.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's tracking-protection settings.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to:
- Respond to your inquiry, usually within one business day
- Send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not add you to a marketing list without your knowledge, and we do not share your details with other advertisers or restaurants on our network.
Who we share it with
Your information stays inside Epic Media Networks, with two narrow exceptions:
- Our hosting and email provider. Form submissions travel through our web host's mail servers to reach our inbox. They process the message but do not use it for their own purposes.
- When the law requires it. We will disclose information if we are legally compelled to, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own. The only cookies placed in your browser come from Google Analytics, described above. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for an active or potential business relationship. If you'd like your information removed from our records, ask us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can, at any time:

- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information entirely
- Ask us to stop contacting you

We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This website is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly.
